• Put checks in the boxes for the collections of measurments you want to record.
  • Set a monthly goal for these measurment, if you want.
  • Do this for each of the activity types for which you want to keep records.
  • If choose to record your weight, this will not be visible to anyone but you.
  • Check the private box to keep your individual activies private.
  • The charts normally show a comparison of your activities for this year against your goals. Alternatively you can change the default to show a comparison with last year's values.
